Contact integration support

Email support@treehousetasks.com with the issue you’re seeing, the action you tried, and any displayed error. Do not include passwords, authenticator codes, Parent PINs, or children’s personal information.

Connection help

Use your existing Treehouse login and your adult household organizer’s parent profile. The public connection supports adult parents 18+; only explicitly shared adult content is visible; child profiles and assignments are excluded. Check the selected account in ChatGPT if more than one is connected.

Review and saving

A preview does not add live items. Review the exact plan and all duplicate warnings before approving. If a save result is uncertain, retry the same draft rather than creating another plan. Expired drafts need a new preview. To delete one standalone event, reconnect with separate deletion permission, review the exact event and 30-day recovery warning, and explicitly approve. A changed event needs a new preview and new approval. Retry an uncertain deletion with the same draft ID. For one recurring occurrence, review and approve the exact occurrence date; the rest of the series remains. Restore a removed event or occurrence within 30 days through the plugin or Treehouse connections. Separate edit permission also supports task completion, list checking or appending, and one-event rescheduling. Use Treehouse for whole-series, imported, task-linked, or goal-linked event changes. Bulk requests are refused.

Account and billing help

Treehouse subscriptions are purchased outside ChatGPT. Manage household settings and subscriptions in Treehouse, or use the underlying Treehouse service’s support page.

Disconnect or review privacy

Revoke access through Treehouse connections or disconnect in ChatGPT. See the integration privacy notice for the information shared and retained.
