Your household.
Your choice to connect.
This notice describes the public Treehouse plugin published by Aryno Tech, LLC and the information exchanged when you connect it to ChatGPT. It supplements the Treehouse privacy policy.
Who this connection is for
The public connection is for adult parents 18+. Existing items start private. A parent chooses eligible adult content in Treehouse connections and confirms it contains no children’s personal information. Child-created or child-assigned items are excluded, as are child profiles. Rechecks apply to reads and action targets. If a shared list acquires a child-created or child-assigned item, the entire list becomes ineligible.
Do not place children’s personal information in task titles, notes, events, lists, household names, or ChatGPT prompts. The connection cannot automatically determine whose personal information appears in free text.
Information shared with ChatGPT
When requested by the connected ChatGPT tools, Treehouse can return a generic household label, household ID and time zone, organizer name and profile ID, adult member names and IDs, explicitly shared active task details, calendar details, computed occurrences and recurrence rules, and explicitly shared lists and items. These details may include titles, descriptions, notes, dates, assignments, and completion state.
OAuth can share your account ID and verified email with ChatGPT when its connection requests the corresponding identity scopes. The profile scope can share the connected organizer’s name. ChatGPT receives scoped connection tokens, not your Treehouse password or Family Parent PIN.
Sign-in and saving
Your Treehouse password and any authenticator code are sent to Treehouse’s Supabase authentication service during sign-in. A configured Family Parent PIN is checked by Treehouse’s authorization service. These values are not returned by the planning tools.
ChatGPT sends proposed task, event, and list content to Treehouse to prepare a review draft. Saving creates that exact draft in your household only after explicit approval. With separate deletion permission, ChatGPT sends a selected event ID to prepare a deletion preview. Treehouse stores a private snapshot to detect changes, returns the selected event details and warning, and deletes that one standalone event only after explicit approval. ChatGPT can also preview and remove one selected recurring occurrence while preserving the series. It receives a deletion receipt with an undo ID. Calendar removal is recoverable for 30 days. Bulk deletion is unavailable; a five-minute pause prevents rapid repeated removals. With separate edit permission, each approved existing-item action can complete a task, check or append list items, reschedule one event or restore one archived event or occurrence. The plugin does not process payments.
Storage and retention
Review drafts are usable for 15 minutes. Saved plan content is cleared from its draft when committed. Expiration blocks use of a draft. Expired unsaved plan drafts older than a day are removed during later rate-limit cleanup. Expired unused deletion previews older than a day are removed during later deletion preview requests. Preview snapshots are cleared after successful deletion. A private recovery archive retains the event and related records for up to 30 days; successful restoration clears its content, and an hourly job purges expired archives. Archived content is not sent to ChatGPT; only the selected title, date, kind, undo ID and deadline are returned for recovery. Existing-item review snapshots are cleared on commit; expired unused drafts are cleaned during later previews. Administrative deletion receipts remain until their connection record is removed.
Access tokens expire after one hour; a connection grant lasts up to 30 days unless revoked. OAuth credentials are stored as hashes. Expiration or revocation blocks further access but does not itself delete household records, connection records, or information already sent to OpenAI.
Your controls
Choose items to share or stop sharing, restore calendar deletions, and revoke a connection through Treehouse connections or disconnect it in ChatGPT. Manage household content and account deletion through Treehouse. Information already shared with OpenAI is governed by your OpenAI account settings and OpenAI’s privacy policy.
